  1. 01

    Discovery call & brief

We listen first: how you use the space, who lives in it, what irritates you about it today, and what the budget genuinely is. You leave with a realistic cost band before spending a rupee.

    45 minutes
  2. 02

    Site survey & measurement

Laser measurement of every wall, beam, sill, shaft and service point. We record slab levels, plumbing lines and electrical loads — the data that stops surprises later.

    Day 2–4
  3. 03

    Concept, zoning & mood board

Two or three layout options with a material and colour direction for each. We debate the plan before anyone falls in love with a render.

    Week 1–2
  4. 04

    3D visualisation

Photoreal views of every room so you sign off on the actual look. Two revision rounds are included as standard, and we keep going until it's right.

    Week 2–3
  5. 05

    Working drawings & BOQ

The build-ready set: plans, elevations, joinery details, ceiling and electrical layouts, and an itemised BOQ naming every brand and rate. Sign this and your price is locked.

    Week 3–4
  6. 06

    Execution & quality control

A dedicated supervisor on site, weekly written progress reports with photos, and three formal quality inspections — after civil, after joinery installation and before painting.

    Week 4 onward
  7. 07

    Handover, snagging & warranty

Deep clean, styling, a joint snag walk, all warranty documents and appliance manuals handed over, and a 60-day check-in call. Then a 10-year carcass warranty stands behind the joinery.

Quality control

Three inspections, one snag list

  • QC1 — after civil & ceiling. Levels, plumb, waterproofing test, conduit routing and beam clearances checked against the drawing before anything is closed up.
  • QC2 — after joinery installation. Shutter alignment, hinge and channel ratings, edge sealing, gap tolerances and hardware operation on every unit.
  • QC3 — before painting & handover. Surface preparation, socket and switch positions against the electrical layout, and a full function test of every fitting.

Process questions

What clients ask at kickoff

How many design revisions do I get?

Two full revision rounds are included at 3D stage as standard, and in practice we keep refining until you are happy — we have never charged a client for a third round. Changes requested after the BOQ is signed are issued as written variation orders so cost impact is visible before work proceeds.

What happens if something goes wrong on site?

It gets reported to you in the weekly report, not discovered at handover. If a material fails inspection it is replaced at our cost. If a site condition forces a design change — a hidden beam, an unexpected shaft — we bring you two solutions and a cost comparison within 48 hours.

Can I live in the house during the work?

For renovations, usually yes. We phase the programme so at least one bedroom and one bathroom stay usable, seal off active zones with dust barriers, and schedule the loudest work into agreed windows. Full turnkey fit-outs go faster in a vacant flat, so we will tell you honestly which makes more sense for your project.

Let's design something you'll still love in 2036.

Share your floor plan and budget. Within 48 hours you'll have a written scope, an indicative BOQ and a realistic timeline — no obligation, no sales pressure.
